The hanging man on the intro is a reference from the Goodfellas. You can see it on the Marco Bistro intro.

Outfit

Here is an outfit called GoodFella which is a filmreference of the Goodfellas. Because Toni Ciprani is a reference of the Sopranos main actor Tony Soprano this would be like Sopranos and Goodfellas combined.
